JMOREX HOLDING LLC is the legal parent. Jmorex is its public consulting brand. The broader ecosystem includes internal platforms, product families, creative IP, active ventures, client work, and future concepts. Those categories are intentionally not collapsed into one thing.
Jmorex
The public consulting and creative-technology brand clients encounter: systems advisory, digital experience, automation, multimedia, and bounded implementation work.
Jova / JovaOS
Jova is the broader system/product identity. JovaOS is its operating-system/runtime expression, not a separate company. The private stack spans memory, orchestration, local systems, tools, evidence, and operator workflows.
Kimi
Kimi is the primary user-facing intelligence and persona layer for Jova. Kimi is not a legal actor, separate company, or independent authority.
JovaOps
A reusable business/life operating-software family built from Jova capabilities. Product verticals inherit common controls instead of rebuilding a separate core for every industry.
PetOps
The first deep pet-industry JovaOps vertical and proving environment. PetOps is a product/vertical lane, not an insurer, veterinary provider, or separately formed company unless future evidence changes that.
Jova Studios
The design, development, engineering, and creative product-building lane associated with the Jova family. Public branding does not imply a separately formed entity.
AncientScape
Original story, game, animation, and world-building IP under separate canon and release controls. Public descriptions do not promote unreleased canon or imply a finished commercial game.
Jmorex Music
Music and related creative-commercial work in the portfolio. Music rights, releases, and artist/brand activity remain distinct from Jova product claims.
Sit N Stay Academy
A client relationship and operating proving ground for technology/workflow work. Sit N Stay remains its own business and brand. Client work is not represented as a Jmorex-owned subsidiary.
Planned lanes
Visible as direction, not presented as accomplished fact.
A working name, repository, domain, plan, or prototype does not create a legal entity or prove commercial maturity. The lanes below stay explicitly planned until formation, product, regulatory, customer, and runtime evidence justify stronger language.

PlannedFinancial visibility, allocation, and future financial-company research. No public claim of regulated banking, custody, lending, investment, or autonomous money authority.
Jova Infrastructure / Compute
PlannedFuture compute, energy, network, or datacenter lane only if material assets, liability, financing, and operations justify separation.
Jova Home / Devices
PlannedHome, device, robotics, and physical-product direction. Physical product sales and certification remain future gates.

PlannedTraining and workforce-development direction whose final commercial, nonprofit, partner, or hybrid form is undecided.
