Collect less by design.
The Jmorex public consulting site is intentionally lightweight. It explains services and links to contact/payment channels without turning every visitor into a tracking profile.
Public-site data collection
Jmorex does not intentionally use advertising pixels, behavioral profiling scripts, fingerprinting, or client-side analytics on the current public site. The public site does not provide an authenticated customer/staff workspace or public AI chat.
Cookies
The static Jmorex pages are designed not to set their own session, preference, advertising, or analytics cookies. If that behavior changes materially, this notice will be updated to describe the collection and its purpose.
Email contact
If you email jerome.c@jmorex.com, your message is processed by the provider used for Jmorex business communications. Jmorex may retain business correspondence as needed for customer service, project records, contracts, accounting, security, and legal obligations.
Insights and RSS
Jmorex Insights and the public RSS feed can be read without providing an email address. A newsletter subscription form will not be published until a real consented mailing-list workflow and privacy handling are configured.
Payments
Payment buttons on this site, including Jmorex Digital Review checkout, link to Stripe-hosted checkout. Jmorex does not ask visitors to enter card or bank credentials directly into the static public site. Stripe’s terms and privacy practices apply on the hosted checkout surface.
Phone and messaging
The public site does not currently publish a business phone or SMS channel. If Jmorex adds one, calls or messages may create provider-side communication records consistent with that service and applicable law.
Private business systems
Internal Jmorex operating systems, Jova/Kimi systems, future staff workspaces, financial credentials, customer records, and administrative controls are not exposed through this public marketing site. Public marketing and private operations remain separate security surfaces.
Third-party links
This site may link to payment pages, client businesses, portfolio material, or other external resources. Following an external link leaves jmorex.com and the destination’s privacy practices apply.
