Clear boundaries for the public site.
These terms describe use of jmorex.com. A website visit, email, or public article does not by itself create a client relationship, transfer intellectual property, or authorize Jmorex to act for a visitor or business.

1. Site owner
jmorex.com is operated by JMOREX HOLDING LLC under the public brand Jmorex. Questions about these terms may be sent to jerome.c@jmorex.com.
2. Informational website
The public site describes Jmorex services, methods, selected work, insights, and related ecosystem context. Website content is general information and does not create legal, tax, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice.
3. Engagements are separately defined
A consulting engagement exists only when the relevant purchase, written scope, agreement, or other accepted engagement record establishes it. The description, price, deliverable, timing, ownership, confidentiality, and acceptance terms for specific work may be defined separately and control that engagement.
4. Digital Review
The Jmorex Digital Review is a bounded pilot service described on the Services page. Purchasing the review does not automatically authorize larger implementation work, recurring services, access to unrelated systems, or use of client information beyond what is necessary for the agreed review.
5. Accuracy and availability
Jmorex works to keep public information current, but services, availability, pricing, provider capabilities, examples, and technical details may change. Historical posts and archived material may describe an earlier state. Current offer pages and written engagement terms take precedence over stale public material.
6. Intellectual property and client boundaries
Jmorex-owned content, brand assets, original site design, and first-party materials remain subject to their applicable ownership rights. Client names, brands, data, records, and intellectual property remain subject to their own ownership and contractual boundaries. Publicly describing client work does not imply ownership of the client business.
7. Third-party services
The site may link to third-party services, including hosted payment or external client sites. Those services operate under their own terms, privacy practices, security controls, and availability. Jmorex does not represent that a third-party service is continuously available or suitable for every use.
8. No harmful use
Do not use the site to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, probe private systems, distribute malicious content, or violate applicable law or another person's rights.
9. Changes
These website terms may be updated as the public site, services, or operating requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current published version.
